Global IT Communications, Inc. Acquires DIA Network Assets from GUS Networks America, Inc.
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Whittier based Global IT Communications, Inc. (Global IT) announced November 2nd that it has signed an agreement to purchase certain network assets and revenue streams from GUS Networks America, Inc.
Tony Williams, president of Global IT, stated, "This is a very attractive transaction for Global IT and we are very happy to extend the Global IT Network of customers. From this acquisition we will be able to offer all GUS customers improved customer service, account management and in nearly all cases significantly improved pricing."
