Global IT Communications Signs Multi-year, Multi-location agreement
with Catalina Adventure Tours.

Long Beach , California, Oct 28th, 2005 - Global IT Communications, Inc today announced that it will provide exclusive carrier representation to support underlying network carrier services for Catalina Adventure Tours & Island Navigation corporate operations and private lines connecting the corporate office to its Catalina Island operations. Catalina Adventure Tours has been operating since 1990. Under the terms of the multiyear agreement, Global IT Communications is providing Catalina Adventure Tours with Tier-1 carrier Point to Point private lines, Flext1 flat rate calling and Internet service, which is used for day to day operations and ticketing services.

By using Global IT Communications and selecting XO as its primary provider, Catalina Adventure Tours will be able to improve on communications uptime; throughput and systems at the same time improve annually on its total telecommunications costs. Through flat-rate pricing for local voice calls and access to online billing and ordering, Catalina Adventure Tours will have a more predictable controlled monthly cost and can view and manage its needs online more effectively.
