- Portfolio is a Web-based service that simplifies ordering, network management, and reporting by providing:
- 1+ Order Management allows the customer to create and submit single Automatic Number Identification (ANI) orders, manage account codes and retrieve ANI details. Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) status reporting and account activity reports.
- Toll Free Order Management allows the customer to create batch files and submit the file.
- Order Management Batch (BBS) Provides customers a means to upload a batch file, download a response file and query the response file for your 1+, Toll Free, and Calling Card services.
- PIC-status verification allows the customer to submit queries and receive Pre-subscribed Interexchange Carrier (PIC) status of Automatic Number Identification (ANI) phone numbers.
- Toll-free utilization reporting provides near-real-time reporting information on toll-free traffic, allowing users to create on-demand or scheduled reports.
- Toll Free Network Management tool (TFNM) is a tool used to build call routing "trees" or structures for Enhanced Toll Free numbers (only on the Option 1 network). The purpose of this tool is to help manage Enhanced Toll Free traffic in response to changing business needs and circumstances.
- Trouble Ticket Management provides customers an easy-to-use, web based method of creating and managing trouble tickets. With this system customers can create a new trouble ticket, search for and modify an existing ticket, clone (copy) information from an existing ticket to a new one, update information on an unsubmitted ticket, view, print, or save a trouble ticket.
- Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) provides the user the ability to query their lost ANI, PICC, Verified Account Code, PIC Agent, Dispute ANI, Usolicited ANIs, Lost Toll Free and SMS reports via the web. The tool contains pre-defined queries for the user or they may also create and save their own queries.
- Call Detail Record Delivery allows customers to receive their CDRs via Portfolio. The files are delivered daily and a running history is available to view online.
- eBilling via Portfolio supplies and invoice presentation online that can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet. The tool also allows customers to initiate a dispute and make a payment online. Three months worth of invoices can be viewed through the tool for historical purposes.
- LEC Tariff Database Reporter allows Transcend customers to download, query and save data from the LEC Tariff Database.
- Switchless 1+ (switched to switched) provides end-to-end call origination and termination. Switched access locations are assigned to the Carrier Identification Code (CIC) or customers can translate their own CIC onto the Carriers network. Traffic originates from the end user's ANI or premises equipment and terminates to the called party.
- Switchless Toll Free (switched to switched) provides end-to-end call origination and termination. Traffic originates from anywhere in the United States , Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada , and terminates to the end user's ANI or premises equipment.
- End User Dedicated 1+ (dedicated to switched) traffic originates from a T-1 between the end user's premises equipment and the nearest MCI Point of Presence (POP) and terminates to the called party.
- End User Dedicated Toll Free (switched to dedicated) traffic originates from the calling party and terminates to a T-1 between the nearest Carrier's POP and the end user's premises equipment.
- Carrier Termination (dedicated to switched) traffic originates on a carrier's network and terminates to the Carrier's network. Dedicated access locations are connected to Carrier's nearest POP via T-1 (or greater) access.
- Carrier Origination (switched to dedicated) toll-free traffic originates on the Carrier's network from anywhere in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and terminates on a Carrier's network. Dedicated access locations are connected to Carrier's nearest POP via T-1 (or greater) access.
